Please read these terms carefully before using HuniDu.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HuniDu, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

HuniDu is a family organization platform that helps households manage calendars, tasks, meal planning, budgets, and more. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers with varying features and limits.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

3.1 Subscription Tiers

HuniDu offers Free, Plus, Pro, and Enterprise subscription tiers. Each tier includes different features, member limits, and storage limits as described on our pricing page.

3.2 Billing Cycles

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year and offer a discount compared to monthly billing.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee for your selected plan.

3.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

3.5 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or downgraded to the Free tier. You will retain access to your data but may lose access to premium features.

3.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance and will take effect on your next billing cycle.

4. Free Trial

4.1 Trial Period

We offer a 14-day free trial of our Pro plan. No credit card is required to start a trial. The trial provides full access to Pro features for the trial duration.

4.2 Trial Limitations

Free trials are limited to one per household. After your trial ends, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan unless you upgrade to a paid subscription.

4.3 Trial Cancellation

You may cancel your trial at any time. No charges will be incurred during or after the trial period unless you explicitly upgrade to a paid plan.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

5.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

5.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund. Refunds are not available for renewals or after the 14-day period.

5.3 Downgrade Effects

When you downgrade or cancel a paid subscription, you may lose access to certain features, and your household may be subject to lower member and storage limits. Existing data will be preserved but may become read-only if limits are exceeded.

6. User Accounts & Data

6.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

6.2 Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to HuniDu. We do not claim any rights to your content. You grant us a license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.

6.3 Data Deletion

You may delete your account and data at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days, except where required by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Abuse or harass other users
  • Resell or redistribute our service without permission
8. Limitation of Liability

HuniDu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or security breaches. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of HuniDu after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
